If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged to your credit card.

If such is the case, we may reject your order, or our customer service department may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to cancel any order using any promotion or promotional code, at our sole discretion. If any order cancellation occurs, you will be credited in full for the cancelled order(s). We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.

Folk Camp or folkcampco.com accepts payments from PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. PayPal is the preferred way to pay online due to its safety and speed. PayPal stores and safeguards your credit card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop.
Orders to other countries outside of the United States may be subject to vat, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your Country. We ship your package according to incoterm delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect vat, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside United States and we cannot predict what your estimated charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Our store is hosted on Wix Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Wix’s data storage, databases and the general Wix application.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Wix stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
